All products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and/or materials for 90 days after delivery, unless indicated otherwise in writing by Baden. Baden will not honor any warranty claims resulting from unreasonable use, product abuse, or similar circumstances, the determination of which is to be made at the sole discretion of Baden's Quality Control Department.
